Initiate a Return Request
Contact our support team with your order number and the specific items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Secure Packaging
Place the items in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring that battery terminals are insulated with non-conductive tape to prevent short circuits during transit.
Shipping Compliance
Affix the provided RMA label to the exterior of the box and ship the package using a carrier that accepts UN3480/UN3481 lithium battery shipments.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse verifies the condition and authenticity of the cells, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
